Returns and Refund Policy   

At Novavesture, operated by Pikstreet Commerce, we are committed to providing a secure, smooth, and reliable shopping experience.  

For the purposes of this policy:  

  • “We,” “our,” and “us” refer to Pikstreet Commerce   
     
  • “You,” “your,” and “user” refer to customers placing orders on our platform  

By making a purchase, you agree to follow the return and refund procedures outlined below.   

Return Eligibility  

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:  

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging   
     
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be returned with the product   
     
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible   
     
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery via our customer support team   
     
  • Items not meeting these criteria may be rejected  

How to Initiate a Return  

  • Submit Request:    Email your return request with Order ID and reason to pikstreetcommerce@gmail.com 
     
  • Provide Proof:    Attach clear photographs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items to expedite processing   
     
  • Follow Instructions :    Once approved, detailed steps will be provided to complete the return  

Note:    Returns that do not meet the above requirements may be declined at our discretion   

Refund Process & Timeline  

  • Returned items are inspected to confirm eligibility   
     
  • You will be notified if the refund is approved or denied   
     
  • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days   
     
  • A confirmation email is sent once the refund is successfully processed  

Partial Refunds  

If a returned item partially meets return criteria (e.g., minor damage or missing packaging), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion  

Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items  

  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect products, submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery   
     
  • Include clear photos or videos of the issue and email them to pikstreetcommerce@gmail.com for faster resolution
